| 抄録: | 2011年３月の東日本大震災は多くの混乱をもたらした．そのひとつに原子力災害による学校の避難の問題がある．子どもたちは避難先の学校に入り，そのケアも行われたが，その子どもたちをケアする教員に対するケアはあまり重要視されなかった．教員は子どもたちを守るべく努力したが，その努力の裏では対象喪失や今後の見通しのなさなどにより，不眠や食欲不振などの抑うつ症状を呈するものもいた．ここではその１例を通じて，災害時の心のケアに当たる人へのケアの重要性について考えたい．
The 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake threw the whole Tohoku region into great turmoil, and a huge number of residents near the Fukushima nuclear power plant were evacuated from their homes because of radioactive contamination. Among the residents were quite a few children who had to transfer to schools away from their familiar surroundings and such a change made them feel uncomfortable and suffer from heavy stress. Schoolteachers have been devoting themselves to providing psychological support to their students since the disaster, but in the meantime some teachers are exhausted and are beginning to suffer from depression themselves. One case of a depressive teacher is described here and it shows the importance of caring for care-givers after a disaster. |
